Complex for early detection of forest fires based on energy independent anchored UAVS

The basis of the complex is non-volatile tethered UAVs, which are a hybrid of a multicopter and a kite.
In addition to on-board equipment, such a UAV is equipped with a wind generator for the production of electricity for the power supply of the autonomous complex.
For early detection of forest fires, the complex proposes to equip UAVs of two levels.
The first is a system of autonomous tethered UAVs for continuous monitoring of the security zone. The second – ground-based high-speed UAVs for checking potentially hazardous areas, which are supplied with additional on-board equipment for reliable detection of fire sites
