The idea of the project is to create a technological and technical base for the organic production of valuable vegetable fats and functional products for therapeutic and preventive purposes. This proposes the equipment for processing a wide range of oilseeds, which has a module construction, which allows using replaceable execution modules adapted for carrying out various technological operations.
