Proposed technology makes it possible to generate mixture of combustible gas based on hydrogen in processes of interaction of obtained fine aluminium powder in alkaline medium. Aluminum waste is proposed to be used as an intermediate energy carrier for the production of combustible gas.
This technology can solve the problem of recycling aluminum waste with the subsequent production of combustible gas for use in mobile autonomous devices. The advantage of the technology is increased energy efficiency due to the use of renewable energy for an automatic process control system.
Application of ultrasonic modules allows to obtain fine aluminium from aluminium melt due to ultrasonic spraying in thin layer and to accelerate chemical processes due to ultrasonic cavitation, which, in turn, will increase efficiency of technological process.
